Pick one team to win each week. Win, tie, or your game gets canceled, you survive. Lose, and you're out.
Only SEC and Big 12 teams are pickable, and only when they're playing a Power Four opponent (ACC, Big Ten, SEC, or Big 12) or Notre Dame. Games against Group of Five or FCS teams don't count, so double check the eligible games listed each week before you pick.
You can use each team exactly once per entry, all season. Pick Georgia in Week 2, and that's your only shot at Georgia for the year.
No team can be picked against more than four times, league wide, all season. Once a team hits that cap, nobody can pick their opponent anymore. That keeps the schedule from being too lopsided late in the year.
Weeks 0 and 1 are combined into a single pick, since Week 0 barely has anything going on.
Double pick weeks (2, 5, 8, 11, 12, and 13) raise the stakes: you pick two teams, and both need to win. If nobody manages 2 for 2 that week, going 1 for 2 is good enough to survive. If everybody who's left ties, everybody survives.
Your deadline for each pick is that specific game's kickoff. Once it starts, that pick is locked in, no changes, no exceptions. Miss the deadline (and have no other eligible game left to pick that week) and you're eliminated. That one's on you to track, so don't wait until the last minute.
Entries & Money
Entries are $100 each, and you can run up to 5. It's winner take all: last entry standing takes the pot. If more than one entry survives the whole season, they split what's left and get their entry fee back (final numbers depend on how many entries are still alive).
Eliminated before Week 4? You can rebuy back in for another $100, but only through Week 3. After that, you're done for the season.
New signups and entries have to be in, with payment received, by Saturday, September 5. After that, the pool is locked to whoever's already in.
If It Comes Down to the Wire
If multiple entries are still alive after the regular season, we enter the tiebreaker scenario. This is a contest ranking the confidence level of each team in the 12 team playoff. Specific rules and stipulations for this will be shared if we reach that point.
Who's the Final Word
The commissioner settles any dispute about eligibility or a weird edge case, unless it's the commissioner's own entry in question, in which case they'll disqualify themselves from the ruling or put it to a vote instead.
FAQ: The Contest
Can I pick either team in a matchup?
Only if both are SEC/Big 12. If it's an SEC team against, say, an ACC team, only the SEC side is pickable.
What if my game gets canceled?
You survive, unless it was your only eligible game left that week, in which case the cancellation doesn't save you.
I only won one of my two picks in a double pick week. Am I out?
Not necessarily. It depends on how everyone else did. If nobody went 2 for 2, everyone who went 1 for 2 survives too. Standings update once every game that week is final.
How do I get back in after I'm eliminated?
Rebuy for $100, but only if you were eliminated Week 3 or earlier.
What do I actually win?
The full pot if you're the last one standing. If there are multiple entries still standing at the end of the season, we move onto the tiebreaker scenario.

I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password?" on the login page. You'll get an email with a reset link.
Why can't I see other players' picks right away?
Picks stay hidden until that game kicks off, so nobody gets an edge mid-week. Once a game locks, it shows up in Standings for everyone.
Does the commissioner see my picks before they lock?
No, not even the commissioner can see live picks early. If they ever need to look at picks for a legitimate reason (fixing an error, resolving a dispute), that access is logged and shown to everyone on the Standings page, including why.
I think there's a mistake with my pick or my status, what do I do?
Reach out to the commissioner. Every pick submission, result, and override is tracked, so mix ups can be sorted out with an actual record instead of guesswork.
How many entries can I make, and can I edit my picks after submitting?
Up to 5 entries per person, and yes, you can change a pick any time before that specific game kicks off.
